The WIPL-DL program was in support of the DoD Common High Performance Computing Software Support Initiative (CHSSI).
The WIPL-Dl package performs parallel scene generation /electromagnetic modeling of complex targets in complex clutter
and propagation environments. In support of this, WIPL-D (a commercially available electromagnetic modeling software tool), was
ported to run within a scalable, high-performance parallel architecture.
