The Parametric Tracker was developed as a GOTS track modeling simulation
to reasonably approximate the performance of current GMTI trackers and model
future tracking algorithms.
Parameter controls are defined through the Probability Curve configuration file.
The values contained within this file allow the user to directly influence the
tracker output quality.
The Parametric Tracker output allows users to model and compare the
effects of varying configuration parameters such as gap time.
